Abel Gutierrez, 39, 1005 Merchant, El Campo, was booked at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday for theft and issuance of a bad check. He was held on a $6,500 bond as of 11:15 a.m. Thursday.

Quincy DeShawn Dorn, 24, 102 Cordell, Wharton, was booked at 3:30 p.m. Monday for burglary of a building. He was held on $5,000 bond as of 11:15 a.m. Thursday.

Donovan Richardson, 22, 601 Correll, Wharton, was booked into Wharton County Jail at 9:30 a.m. Monday on a warrant for burglary of a building. He was held as of noon Monday.

John Garcia, 27, 118 Kinkaid, Wharton, was booked at 7 a.m. Monday for theft of property. He was held on $10,000 bond as of noon Monday.

Diego Delgado, 17, 605 Burns, El Campo, was booked at 7 a.m. Nov. 24 for burglary of a motor vehicle. He was released at 11 a.m. Saturday on $2,500 bond.

Alcohol, drug charges

Coy Lee Creager, 19, 4427 CR 382, Louise, was booked into Wharton County Jail at 12:45 a.m. Thursday for possession of marijuana and criminal trespass. He was still in custody as of 11:15 a.m. Thursday.

DeWarren D. Wiley, 25, 1811 FM 1301, Pledger, was booked at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday for driving while intoxicated. He was released on $3,000 bond at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday.

Demond Bluntson, 32, 801 Dunlap, El Campo, was booked at 7:05 a.m. Tuesday for possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence, no insurance and evading arrest. He posted a $13,000 bond on Tuesday.

Jesus Navarro Trevino, 27, 7205 McHenry, Houston, was booked at 4:30 p.m. Monday for possession of marijuana, bail jumping and two counts of failure to appear. He was held on $100,000 bond as of 11:15 a.m. Thursday.

Teresa L. Sedillo, 40, 809 W. Jackson, El Campo, was booked at 11:30 a.m. Monday for driving while intoxicated and parole violation. She was still in custody as of 11:15 a.m. Thursday.

Derrick Gunelach, 27, 1601 Roehl, El Campo, was booked at 7 a.m. Nov. 24 for driving while intoxicated (second offense). He was released at 12:15 p.m. Nov. 24 on $5,000 bond.

Irene L. Cruz, 44, 103 Laura Lane, El Campo, was booked at 8 a.m. Sunday on a warrant for assault. She was released at 9:35 a.m. Sunday on $2,500 bond.

Joseph Henry Kovasovic, 53, 15021 CR 272, East Bernard, was booked at 12:50 a.m. Nov. 24 for assault-family violence and interfering with an emergency call. He was released at 1:15 p.m. Nov. 24 on $5,000 bond.

Thomas Joseph Munoz, 20, 306 Bruns, El Campo, was booked at 1:47 a.m. Nov. 24 on a warrant for aggravated assault of a public servant, a warrant for evading arrest with a vehicle and charges of public intoxication and capias pro fines. He was held without bond as of noon Monday.

David Wayne Holbrook, 27, 1823 Stadium Rd., Wharton, was booked at 7:50 p.m. Nov. 24 for accident involving injury, driving while license invalid, failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to control speed. He was released at 11:10 a.m. Sunday on $4,000 bond.
