Assault - Reported in the 500 block of University, Wharton, between 1 a.m. and 1:45 a.m. Nov. 24.

Class A assault - Reported in the 100 block of S. Rust St., Wharton at 7:10 p.m. Nov. 21.

Assault - Reported in the 4300 block of Baldwin, East Bernard, between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Nov. 21.

Class A assault - Reported at the Riverbend Apartments, Wharton, between 7:35 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. Nov. 21.

Class A assault - Reported in the 800 block of E. Emily St., Wharton, at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 17.

Burglaries, thefts

Theft - Reported in the 400 block of CR 226, Wharton, between 5:30 p.m. Monday and 11 a.m. Tuesday. An aluminum stock trailer was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at the Briar Pointe Apartments, Wharton, between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Nov. 21. Medical equipment was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at Wharton Lawn & Garden, Wharton, between 5:30 p.m. Nov. 20 and 3:50 p.m. Nov. 21. An air compressor was reported stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported at the Briar Pointe Apartments, Wharton, between 9:30 p.m. Nov. 20 and 1:11 p.m. Nov. 21. A DVD player was reported stolen.

Burglary of a building - Reported at Sonic in Wharton between 12:25 a.m. and 3:11 a.m. Nov. 20. Currency valued at $570 was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 800 block of E. Wayside Ave., Wharton, between 11 p.m. Nov. 19 and 6:40 a.m. Nov. 20. Chrome tires were reported stolen.

Burglary of a building - Reported in the 100 block of Evans St., Wharton, between Nov. 19 and 22. A weedeater and hedge trimmer were reported stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported in the 2800 block of Cardwell Rd., Boling, at 8 a.m. Nov. 21. A purse and its contents were reported stolen.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 1100 block of N. Rusk St., Wharton, between 3:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Nov. 19. A DVD player, television and game system were reported stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported at Wharton Wireless in Wharton between 10 p.m. Nov. 18 and 10 p.m. Nov. 19.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported in the 1400 block of ML King Blvd., Wharton, between 7 p.m. Nov. 11 and 5:37 p.m. Nov. 25. A CD changer was reported stolen.

Theft of livestock - Reported in the 200 block of CR 123, Wharton, between Nov. 10 and 6 p.m. Nov. 11. A calf was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 5600 block of CR 262, East Bernard, between 5 p.m. Nov. 5 and 1 p.m. Nov. 21. A lawn tractor was reported stolen.

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle - Reported at the Meadows Apartments, Wharton, between 6:36 p.m. and 7 p.m. Nov. 20.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 400 block of Delmas Dr., Wharton, between 10:30 p.m. Monday and 11:06 p.m. Tuesday.

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 400 block of Abell St., Wharton, at 2:38 p.m. Monday.

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 1200 block of Kelving Way, Wharton, between 10:30 p.m. Nov. 23 and 11:30 a.m. Nov. 24. A Chevrolet Suburban was reported damaged.

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 400 block of Abell St., Wharton, between 9 p.m. Nov. 23 and 11 a.m. Nov. 24.

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 200 block of Falling Leaf Rd., Wharton, between 2 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Nov. 22.

Criminal mischief - Reported at the Briar Pointe Apartments, Wharton, at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 20. A Pontiac Grand Am was reported damaged.

Aggravated robbery - Reported in the 200 block of W. Dahlgren, Wharton, at 4:11 a.m. Sunday.

Graffiti - Reported at the Texas Department of Transportation in Wharton between 7 p.m. Nov. 20 and 7:10 a.m. Nov. 21.

Tampering with Warning Device - Reported in the 1500 block of FM 102, Wharton, between 6 p.m. Nov. 20 and 5:45 a.m. Nov. 21.

Forgery - Reported at Super S in East Bernard at 12:51 p.m. Nov. 3.
