Assault-family violence - Reported in the 15000 block of CR 272, East Bernard, between 8:55 p.m. and 11:20 p.m. Friday.

Burglaries, thefts

Burglary of a building - Reported in the 1400 block of Business 59, Wharton, between 8:30 p.m. Nov. 19 and 7:40 a.m. Nov. 20. Rims, tires and a cell phone valued at $5,150 were reported stolen.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported on Forrest Lawn, Wharton, between 11 a.m. Nov. 17 and 1 a.m. Nov. 18. A laptop computer valued at $800 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 1200 block of West Caney Street, Wharton, between 10 p.m. Nov. 16 and 9:30 a.m. Nov. 17. A DVD player, TV sets and assorted meat products valued at $815 were reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at Dollar General, 530 E. Milam St., Wharton, between 1:20 p.m. and 1:27 p.m. Nov. 15. It was cleared by arrest.

Theft - Reported in the 1500 block of Connie Street, Wharton, between 10:50 p.m. and 11:08 p.m. Nov. 16. A purse was reported stolen and recovered. Cash of $150 was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 3200 block of North Richmond Road, Wharton, between 9 a.m. Nov. 14 and 6:30 a.m. Nov. 15. A cattle trailer valued at $5,300 was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at Cheryl's Exxon, 1822 N. Richmond Road, Wharton, between 5 p.m. Nov. 14 and 10:04 a.m. Nov. 15. A tow dolly valued at $1,701 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 16000 block of CR 200, East Bernard, between 2:30 p.m. Nov. 18 and 4:15 p.m. Nov. 19. A microwave valued at $358 was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 9600 block of FM 1301, Iago, between 8 a.m. Nov. 14 and 8 a.m. Nov. 19. Mag wheels and a tool box valued at $430 were reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 200 block of Texas Avenue, Boling, between 7 a.m. Nov. 14 and 8 p.m. Nov. 15. Jewelry valued at $2,200 was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 400 block of Jay Street, Boling, between 6 p.m. Nov. 12 and 6 p.m. Nov. 14. Two digital cameras, a camcorder, rifle and scope and collector's football jersey valued at $1,750 were reported stolen.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported at Lee Lane and Jackson Quarters Road, Wharton, between 8 p.m. and 8:19 p.m. Nov. 16. A windshield valued at $1,500 was reported broken.
