Bettie Tolden

Funeral services for Bettie Joyce Tolden, age 69, of Dickinson, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2007 at Sand Ridge Baptist Church with Rev. A.C. Gardner officiating. Burial will follow in Sand Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Friday.

Mrs. Tolden died Nov. 22, 2007 at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Sugar Land. She was born Feb. 25, 1938 in Houston to Fredrick D. and Estelle Jones Jordan Sr.

Surviving are husband, Samuel Tolden of Dickinson; daughter, Jeannette Sanford Brown of Missouri City; stepson, Samuel Jerard Tolden of Houston; one grandson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
