      Alcohol, drug charges Louis R. Ruiz, 51, 19920 Live Oak Bend, Porter, was booked into Wharton County Jail at 8:10 a.m. Monday for driving while intoxicated (second offense). He was released at 10:45 a.m. Monday on $2,500 bond.
