Hit me with your best shot
Getting protected against the flu season, Xaveria Allen-Gutierrez seems undaunted by the needle while receiving a shot from Beverly Howe at Dawson Elementary. The Texas Department of State Health had staff distributing the flu shots at Dawson, Wharton Junior High and Wharton High School last Thursday. The TDH encourages flu shots for all children with chronic diseases such as asthma.
