Class C assault - Reported in the 300 block of North Alabama Road, Wharton, at 10 p.m. Oct. 30.

Burglaries, thefts

Attempted burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue, Wharton, between 3:44 a.m. and 3:47 a.m. Saturday.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported at Dairy Queen, 1321 N. Richmond Road, Wharton, between 7 p.m. and 9:56 p.m. Saturday. Currency of $300 was reported stolen from a 1996 Toyota Camry.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 100 block of North Rusk, Wharton, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Thursday.

Criminal mischief Criminal mischief - Reported in the 500 block of CR 218, Hungerford, between 11 a.m. and 11:19 a.m. Sunday. A windshield valued at $500 was reported broken on a 2002 Honda.

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 2000 block of CR 164, Boling, between 8:51 a.m. and 9 a.m. Oct. 30. A digital camera valued at $1,200 was reported broken, and a 2004 Nissan reportedly received $5,000 worth of damage.
