Michael George Bauer Sr., 46, Route 2, Box 161, El Campo, was booked into Wharton County Jail at 7:30 a.m. Monday for driving while intoxicated (third offense or more), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released at 2:30 p.m. Monday on $12,500 bond.

Sandra Rios, 28, of Palacios, was booked at 7:08 a.m. Sunday for driving while intoxicated. She was released at 9:15 a.m. Sunday on $2,000 bond.

David A. Paddy, 21, 505 S. Esplanade, Cuero, was booked at 3:10 a.m. Sunday for possession of marijuana and no drivers license. He was released at 12:30 p.m. Sunday on $2,500 bond.

Johnny Tyler, 20, 505 S. Esplanade, Cuero, was booked at 3:10 a.m. Sunday on a warrant for possession of a dangerous drug. He was held as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Jeffrey Lloyd Pederson, 50, 1821 Red River, Wharton, was booked on Sunday for possession of marijuana. He was released at 11 a.m. Sunday on $2,500 bond.

Assault charges

Otis Elliott, 55, 1117 W. Caney, Wharton, was booked at 2:10 p.m. Monday for assault-family violence. He was held as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Jeromy Davis, 28, 202 Pietzsch, East Bernard, was booked at 11 a.m. Sunday for assault-family violence. He was released at 11 a.m. Monday on $2,500 bond.

Sharon Llanes, 44, 1311 Kingston, Wharton, was booked at 3:46 p.m. Saturday for assault-family violence. She was held on $5,000 bond as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Burglary, theft charges

Michael George Bauer Jr., 22, 1907 Wayne, El Campo, was booked at 7:30 a.m. Monday for theft. He was released at 2:30 p.m. Monday on $5,000 bond.

Other charges

Serafin Vasquez, 50, 5625 Dawn, Houston, was booked on Monday for probation violation. He was held as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Adam Dave Abelar, 27, 417 Watt St. East, El Campo, was booked at 7:30 a.m. Monday for failure to appear and warrants for theft by check and issuing a bad check. He was held on $4,400 bond as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Ray Lee Holloway, 39, 314 1/2 Palacios, El Campo, was booked at 3:35 p.m. Sunday for failure to appear. He was held on $5,000 bond as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Melissa Medina, 32, 806 Erin, El Campo, was booked at 7:05 a.m. Sunday for probation violation. She was held without bond as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Larry D. Lee, 27, 602 Alamo, El Campo, was booked on Saturday for probation violation and capias pro fines. He was held without bond as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Terroth Faniel, 40, Route 1, Box 51, Wharton, was booked at 8:28 a.m. Saturday for probation violation. He was released at 9:15 a.m. Saturday on $50,000 bond.

Scottie Cunningham, 26, 1015 Briar Lane, Wharton, was booked at 7:37 a.m. Saturday on a warrant for robbery. He was held on $20,000 bond as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Gregory Lewis, 49, 813 Spanish Camp, Wharton, was booked at 10:47 a.m. Friday for probation violation. He was held on $50,000 bond as of 3 p.m. Monday.

Reginald L. Austin, 38, 1510 Connie, Wharton, was booked at 10:13 a.m. Friday for probation violation. He was held without bond as of 3 p.m. Monday.
