Seminar held for interested home buyers

The Southeast Texas Housing Finance Corporation will host a class from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 13, at the Wharton Civic Center, 1924 N. Fulton St.

The session is ideal for individuals who are interested in purchasing a home, particularly for the first time.

As a bonus, seminar participants may also be eligible for down payment assistance of up to $10,000.
