Texian Market Days has grown into a favorite fall tradition.

For 24 years, Texans (longtime residents, new neighbors and "temporary" Texans) have gathered at the Fort Bend County Museum Association's Annual Texian Market Days to enjoy a living view of Texas' past.

The festival will be held On October 26-27, at the George Ranch Historical Park near Crabb which is located 5 miles outside of Richmnd.

Activities include battle reenactments, live music, cowboy demonstrations, children's activities, farm animals, an antique tractor show, interactive living history exhibits with costumed interpreters and guided historic home tours.

Guests may also browse the Texian Arts and Crafts Marketplace which features items provided by regional craftsmen, artisans and gourmets.

There will be toe-tapping old-time tunes, an antique tractor show and pull (in collaboration with the Texas Antique Tractor Pull Assoc.), arts and crafts from around the region and so much more.
