Keller Academy's Vincek attends classes in New York

Tanya Keller and Libby Vincek of Keller Academy of Performing Arts recently visited New York City to attend dance classes at the world famous Broadway Dance Center.

Vincek - who will be an Intern Dance Teacher at the Keller Academy of Performing Arts this year - and Keller, who is certified with the Royal Academy of Dance, took Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Lyrical and Contemporary classes from a range of internationally recognized instructors such as Chio and Finis Jhung.

They both intend to use what they learned in New York while teaching dance classes at Keller Academy in East Bernard this year.

It wasn't all work and no play, though, for the pair.

Vincek and Keller also took advantage of the shopping in New York and further took in a show, seeing "A Chorus Line" at the Schoenfeld Theatre on Broadway.
