Assaults

Class C assault - Reported in the 300 block of North Outlar Street, Wharton, between 1:35 a.m. and 1:37 a.m. Monday. Cleared and filed in Municipal Court.

Aggravated assault - Reported in the 900 block of North Spanish Camp Road, Wharton, between 3:25 a.m. and 4:19 a.m. Sunday.

Class A assault - Reported in the 500 block of East Caney Street, Wharton, between 5 p.m. and 5:09 p.m. Thursday.

Assault-family violence - Reported in the 3400 block of CR 161, Wharton, at 11:11 p.m. Oct. 3.

Class A assault - Reported at Wharton Square Apartments, 1510 Barfield Road, Wharton, at 11 p.m. Oct. 3.

Assault-family violence - Reported at Hungerford Hall between 10:35 p.m. and 10:40 p.m. Sept. 29.

Burglaries, thefts

Theft - Reported in the 500 block of Speed Street, Wharton, between 6 p.m. Oct. 1 and 7:30 p.m. Sunday. A bike valued at $150 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a building - Reported at the OB Ranch, CR 448, Wharton, between 7 p.m. Oct. 2 and 8 a.m. Thursday. A riding mower valued at $1,038 was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported in the 1100 block of Damon, Wharton, between Oct. 1 and 4 p.m. Oct. 3. A weedeater was reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at Shoppa's Farm Supply, 628 South Dill St., East Bernard, between 7 p.m. Sept. 26 and 5 a.m. Sept. 27. Riding lawn mowers and a utility trailer valued at $18,820 were reported stolen.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported in the 900 block of North Spanish Camp, Wharton, between 3:25 a.m. and 4:19 a.m. Sunday. A 2001 Chrysler Seabring was reportedly damaged.
