Class A assault - Reported in the 200 block of East Belle Avenue, Wharton, between 5:40 a.m. and 5:48 a.m. Sept. 30. Cleared by arrest.

Assault-family violence - Reported at Hungerford Hall, Hungerford, between 12:15 p.m. and 12:25 p.m. Sept. 30.

Class A assault - Four incidents reported at Hartz Chicken, 1261 U.S. 59 South, Wharton, between 4:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Sept. 29.

Assault-family violence - Three incidents reported in the 9800 block of CR 171, Lane City, at 12:45 a.m. Sept. 29.

Class C assault by threat - Reported at the Meadows Apartments, 501 W. Willow Lane, Wharton, between 10:45 p.m. and 10:58 p.m. Sept. 29.

Burglaries, thefts

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 200 block of Hollis Street, Wharton, between 1 p.m. Sept. 15 and 6 p.m. Sept. 30. Currency of $1,750 was reported stolen.

Burglary of a habitation - Reported in the 200 block of South Kerr Road, Lane City, between 1 p.m. Sept. 28 and 7 p.m. Sept. 29. A stereo, speakers, TV and other items valued at $895 were reported stolen.

Theft - Reported at Wharton Square Apartments, 1510 Barfield Road, Wharton, at 11:30 p.m. Sept. 28. A pistol was reported stolen.
