Class A assault - Reported at the Meadows Apartments, 501 W. Willow Lane, Wharton, at 10:40 p.m. Friday.

Aggravated assault - Reported at the Meadows Apartments, 501 W. Willow Lane, Wharton, at 10:40 p.m. Friday. Cleared by arrest.

Class A assault - Reported in the 200 block of Maude, Wharton, between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. Sept. 11.

Burglaries, thefts

Burglary of a building - Reported at Texas Seafood & Steakhouse, 1302 N. Richmond Road, Wharton, between 4 a.m. and 4:09 a.m. Friday.

Burglary of a building - Reported at Freddies, 2111 N. Richmond Road, Wharton, between 7 p.m. Thursday and 4:07 a.m. Friday. A cash register valued at $350 was reported stolen, and a door valued at $500 was reported broken.

Burglary of a vehicle - Reported at Tiger Stadium, 1625 E. Boling Highway, Wharton, between Sept. 22 and 11:54 a.m. Sept. 26.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported at the Briar Pointe Apartments, 1610 Briar Lane, Wharton, between 4:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Saturday. A 1993 Honda Civic was reported damaged.

Other

Unlawful restraint - Reported in the 200 block of Maude Street, Wharton, between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. Sept. 11.
