Burglaries, thefts

Burglary of a building - Reported at Diamond Mini Mart, 1900 FM 102, Wharton, between Sept. 19 and 2:48 a.m. Thursday. It was cleared by arrest.

Burglary of a building - Reported at Texas Optical Center, 210 E. Boling Highway, Wharton, between 5:45 p.m. Sept. 19 and 1:30 a.m. Thursday. Cleared by arrest.

Theft - Reported at Waste Management, 707 Nelson Lane, Wharton, between 9 p.m. Sept. 19 and 3 a.m. Thursday. A 2006 Mack garbage truck was reported damaged.

Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief - Reported at Riverbend Apartments, 2500 Junior College Blvd., Wharton, at 9:34 a.m. Thursday.
