Grand Jury indicts for theft An alleged vehicle theft and burglary are among the indictments handed down by the Wharton County Grand Jury during early September deliberations. An indictment is not an indication of guilt, but rather a citizen verdict there is enough evidence against a person to proceed with felony charges. Those facing trial include: • Lurkeshia Lynnette Baugh, 25, of 522 E. Caney #A in Wharton for two counts of credit/debit card abuse. He allegedly used another person's credit card without permission on June 17 and 18. • Alexander Castellano, 23, of 3905 Almeda Genoa #18 in Houston for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He allegedly stole a vehicle on May 4. • Willie Davis Jr., 57, of 816 Roth in El Campo for theft. He allegedly stole more than $50 in merchandise on April 18. Davis has three prior misdemeanor convictions for theft as well as two felony convictions for forgery and one for delivery of a controlled substance. • Jacolby Dejuan Dickerson, 19, of 7611 Habermacher in Hungerford for burglary of a habitation. He allegedly broke into a Wharton home April 21 stealing clothing, shoes, cash, a video player and games, sun glasses, dvds and CDs. • Antonio Flores, 25, of 810 Mulberry in Wharton for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He allegedly stole a vehicle on April 11. Flores has a prior felony conviction of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. • Aric James Gangl, 19, of FM 1163 in El Campo for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He allegedly stole a vehicle on July 22. • Justin Daniel Garza, 18, of 914 Cargill in Wharton for credit card abuse. He allegedly used another person's credit card without permission on May 15. • Donna Moore Hines, 41, of 3211 Bolton Garden in Houston for six counts of fraudulent use of identifying information. She allegedly used another person's bank account information to make purchases on April 21. |
