The Pilot Club of Wharton, Inc. welcomed a visit from Pilot International Texas District Governor Glenda Clements at their Sept. 13 business meeting. Each club in the Texas District is visited once a year by a representative of the District Council in order to exchange ideas and information. As a side note, Clements, who is from Mineola, said she has had a memorable visit to the Gulf Coast as she spent the night prior to her visit here in Beaumont and experienced Hurricane Humberto.
