WCYF Dates The Dairy Merit Heifer validation and workshop is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 29, at the Wharton County Fairgrounds, beginning at 8 a.m. All exhibitors are required to bring their heifers and pay their $15 entry fee at this time.
