Brahmas finish 3rd at Sealy CC meet

SEALY - East Bernard's boys cross country team finished third among six teams at Saturday's Sealy Invitational.

Brazos took the meet championship with 18 points. Host Sealy was second with 61 points and the Brahmas totaled up 73 points.

Bellville was fourth with 93 points. Sweeny was fifth with 122 points and Columbus was sixth with 134 points.

Brazos' Patrick Kroll won the three-mile race with a 19:17 time.

Cougar Ethan Martin finshed second with a 19:52. Teammate Tanner Coleman was third with a 20:19 and Mosses Romo was fourth with a 20:43.

For East Bernard, Patrick Pitts finished ninth with a 21:12.

Miles Locke was 11th with a 21:14, Nick Guerra finished 14th with a 21:29 and David Badger was 15th with a 21:55.

Louis Lima was 24th with a 23:01, CJ Clifton was 28th with a 23:37.

Miguel Martinez was 30th with a 24:23.08 Tyler Dawson was 33rd with a 24:23.49 and Louis Belman was 35th with a 24:53

East Bernard competes at the Brazos Invitational this Saturday in Wallis.
