Scott David Lassetter, 48, 2237 Wroxton Road, Houston, was booked at 12:30 a.m. Sunday for possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated (second offense). He was released Monday on $25,000 bond.

Roma M. Jimenez, 26, 5353 Deep Forest, Houston, was booked at 4:10 p.m. Sunday for possession of a controlled substance and endangering a child. She was held on $85,000 bond as of 12 p.m. Monday.

Gloria Garcia, 47, 5353 Deep Forest, Houston, was booked at 4 p.m. Sunday for possession of a controlled substance. She was held on $75,000 bond as of 12 p.m. Monday.

Theodora Leslie Galton, 40, 618 Fahrenthold, El Campo, was booked at 7:45 a.m. Sunday for possession of marijuana. She was released at 11 a.m. Sunday on $2,000 bond.

Guadalupe Estamis Lao Cruz, 32, 109 Alfred St. West, El Campo, was booked at 7:45 a.m. Sunday for open container, public intoxication and failure to identify. He was released at 10:45 a.m. Sunday on $3,000 bond.

Hugo Enrique Lopez, 27, of Wharton, was booked at 7:45 a.m. Sunday for driving while intoxicated, open container, no insurance and no drivers license. He was released at 10 a.m. Sunday on $3,500 bond.

Christina Norris, 29, 1608 Connie, Wharton, was booked at 11:45 p.m. Saturday for driving while intoxicated, driving while license invalid and capias pro fines. She was held on $2,500 bond as of 12 p.m. Monday.

Luis Ibargue, 33, 2435 Acdow, Houston, was booked at 10:50 p.m. Saturday for driving while intoxicated (with a child). He was released at 1:40 p.m. Sunday on $5,000 bond.

Ezequiel Rodriguez Martinez, 30, 811 Roth St., El Campo, was booked at 7:42 a.m. Saturday for driving while intoxicated, no drivers license and no insurance. He was released at 11:05 a.m. Saturday on $3,000 bond.

Kimberly Faye Sanders, 22, 706.5 Jackson St. East, El Campo, was booked at 7 a.m. Saturday for possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication. She was released at 9:15 a.m. Saturday on $5,500 bond.

Cleveland Crockett, 30, 810 Mulberry, Wharton, was booked at 4:30 a.m. Saturday for possession of marijuana and evading arrest. He was released at 9:10 a.m. Saturday on $4,000 bond.

Juan Guerrero, 17, of Texas 60, Boling, was booked at 3:12 a.m. Saturday for driving while intoxicated. He was released at 3 p.m. Saturday on $2,000 bond.

Justin Derrick Teets, 21, 1406 Yupon, El Campo, was booked at 7:30 a.m. Friday for driving while intoxicated, criminal mischief and evading arrest with a vehicle. He was released at 2:15 p.m. Friday on $9,000 bond.

Winston Thomas Pink Jr., 20, 1101 Long Drive, Richmond, was booked at 3 a.m. Friday for minor driving under the influence and possession of marijuana. He was released at 10:30 a.m. Friday on $1,000 bond.

Silvestre Arrambide, 62, 705 Betty, El Campo, was booked at 9:20 p.m. Friday for driving while intoxicated. He was released at 12:16 p.m. Friday on $2,000 bond.

Assault charges

Eric Davidson, 28, 2660 CR 318, El Campo, was booked at 2:30 a.m. Monday for assaultfamily violence. He was released Monday on $5,000 bond.

Carmelo Medrano, 40, Route 3 Box 125 Lot No. 13, El Campo, was booked at 3:53 p.m. Saturday for assault-family violence causing bodily injury. He was released at 10:30 a.m. Sunday on $2,000 bond.

Jerome Timmons, 19, 1609 Harris, Wharton, was booked at 4:14 a.m. Saturday for assaultfamily violence and a warrant for non-payment of child support. He was held on $5,000 bond as of 12 p.m. Monday.

Latasha Nasha Norman, 26, 3207 1/2 Blackshear Road, Wharton, was booked at 10:50 a.m. Friday for class A assault. She was released at 1:45 p.m. Friday on $2,500 bond.

Kimberly Guerrero, 35, 619 Betty, El Campo, was booked at 10:55 p.m. Thursday for assaultfamily violence. She was released at 11 a.m. Friday on $2,000 bond.

Alex Guerrero, 32, 309 Elm, Louise, was booked at 10:55 p.m. Thursday for assault-family violence. He was released at 11:30 a.m. Friday on $2,500 bond.

Burglary, theft charges

Willie Armstrong, 56, 2500 Junior College Blvd. No. 2006, Wharton, was booked at 7:30 a.m. Friday for two charges of theft of cattle. He was held on $20,000 bond as of 12 p.m. Monday.

Other charges

Donald Barbee, 51, 405 E. Caney, Wharton, was booked Monday for probation violation. He was held as of 12 p.m. Monday.

James Lee Bolding, 34, 1604 Camelia, Wharton, was booked at 3:15 a.m. Saturday for failure to appear, no drivers license and a warrant for driving while license invalid. He was held on $6,000 bond as of 12 p.m. Monday.

Jail population as of 12 p.m. Monday was 142 prisoners.
