Chester Houston, left, and Bruce Williams, center, present a ticket to Mayor Bryce Kocian for the upcoming "super raffle" hosted by the Disabled American Veterans of Wharton County. Houston and Williams are both part of the group and began selling tickets at Monday night's city council meeting. Over 100 guns are listed as prizes for the raffle, with all proceeds going to the DAV's transportation fund. Tickets are $20 each and available from Houston (532-0916) or Williams (282-9837). The drawing will be held in December.
