The following individuals were booked into the Wharton County Jail dating back to last month. The arrest records available are public information. • Armando Bermudes, 56, of Boling, was arrested on a terroristic threat cause fear or imminent serious bodily injury charge by the Wharton County Sheriff’s Office at 7 p.m., June 23;

• Winter Jade Hymes, 40, of Wharton, was arrested on an evading arrest detention with vehicles felony charge by the Wharton County Constable’s Office Precinct 2 East Bernard at 3:22 p.m., June 23. He was released June 23;

• Vanesa Martinez, 23, of Houston, was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge by the Wharton Police Department at 2:09 a.m., June 24. She was released June 24;

• Manuel Sedillo III, 30, of Wharton, was arrested on an assault family/house member impede breath/circulation felony charge by the El Campo Police Department at 10:56 a.m., June 24;

• Eric Blair, 35, of Wharton, was arrested on a forgery financial instrument felony warrant charge by the WCSO at 3:47 p.m., June 26. He was released June 27;

• Asuncion Cruz Garcia, 53, of Laredo, was arrested on a money laundering between $2,500 and $30,000 felony charge by the WCSO at 5:49 p.m., June 26;

• Carlos D. Santillan, 55, of Beasley, was arrested on a DWI charge by the WCSO at 11:07 p.m., June 26. He was released June 27;

• Linda Barrett Howard, 52, of Wharton, was arrested on an aggravated assault date/family/house with weapon felony charge by the WCSO at 9:18 p.m., June 27. She was released June 28;

• Johnnie Perez, 50, of Wharton, was arrested on a resist arrest search or transport charge by WPD at 12:56 a.m., June 27. He was released June 27;

• Clyde Hernandez Lopez, 44, of East Bernard, was arrested on an assault causes bodily injury family member charge by the WCSO at 10:42 a.m., June 28;

• Ladazia Reginalle Austin, 20, of Wharton, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge by WPD at 5:25 p.m., June 29;

• Mykeshia Lannell Johnson, 43, of Wharton, was arrested on a theft of property between $2,500 and $30,000 felony warrant charge by the WCSO at 10:40 p.m., June 29;

• Destiny Chardae Knight, 21, of Wharton, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge by WPD at 5:27 p.m., June 29;

• Latrice Deeshawn Amie, 48, of Wharton, was arrested on a theft of property less than $2,500 2/more previous convictions felony warrant charge by the WCSO at 6:05 a.m., June 30. She was released June 30;  

• Bernadette Mableen Jefferson, 49 of Wharton, was arrested on a theft of property between $100 and $750 warrant charge by the WCSO at 6:15 a.m., June 30. She was released June 30;

• Jacqueline Renee Ruiz, 20, of Wharton, was arrested on a theft of property between $100 and $750 warrant charge by the WCSO at 6:04 a.m., June 30. She was released June 30;

• Kacie Wells Clifton, 28, of Wharton, was arrested on an assault causes bodily injury family member charge by WPD at 3 p.m., June 30;

• Angel Nicole Horeman, 17, of Wharton, was arrested on a tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair felony warrant charge by WPD at 9:39 p.m., July 1;

• Shawn Eric Garcia, 30, of Wharton, was arrested on a criminal mischief between $100 and $750 warrant charge by WPD at 10:14 p.m., July 1. He was released July 2;

• Duane Norman Garza, 39, of Wharton, was arrested on an assault family/household member with previous conviction felony charge by WPD at 1:32 p.m., July 1;

• Tre Anthony Munoz, 19, of Wharton, was arrested on a tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair felony warrant charge by WPD at 4:40 a.m., July 2.
